Travel & Visa
International participants presenting at the symposium may enter Indonesia on a Single-Entry Visitor Visa (Index C10) for participation in meetings, conventions and exhibitions as a speaker or presenter. The visa allows a 60-day (2-month) stay and is extendable.
Indicative fees: Visa fee Rp 2,000,000 (USD 120) + handling fee Rp 300,000 (USD 18) = Rp 2,300,000 (USD 138).
General requirements: a passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent colour passport photo, and supporting documents such as an invitation letter from the Herpetology Congress detailing the agenda and topics to be presented.
