Registration Fees

Registration runs in four dated windows — the earlier you register, the lower the fee:

• Early Bird 1 — until 31 October 2026
• Early Bird 2 — until 31 January 2027
• Normal — until 30 April 2027
• Late — until 31 July 2027

All fees below are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with an approximate USD reference in brackets, and are exclusive of 12% tax (PPN), which is added at checkout.

Prices shown as Early Bird 1 → Late.

• Economy — IDR 720,000 → 1,260,000 (USD 40 → 70). One abstract with oral presentation, 4-day congress access, and coffee breaks.
• Standard — IDR 1,440,000 → 1,620,000 (USD 80 → 90). Two abstracts; all Economy benefits plus lunches (4 days).
• Congress Stay (shared accommodation) — IDR 3,780,000 → 4,500,000 (USD 210 → 250). Three abstracts; adds breakfasts (5 days) and 5 nights shared accommodation.
• Luxury (single accommodation) — IDR 5,940,000 → 6,480,000 (USD 330 → 360). Four abstracts; 5 nights single accommodation.
• Platinum (Luxury + airport transfers) — IDR 6,840,000 → 8,100,000 (USD 380 → 450). Everything in Luxury plus dinners (4 days), the gala dinner, and return YIA VIP airport transfers.
• Companion (shared accommodation) — IDR 4,140,000 → 4,500,000 (USD 230 → 250). No abstract submission; congress access, lunches (4 days), and 5 nights shared accommodation.

Add-ons can be purchased alongside any registration package. Prices shown as Early Bird 1 → Late.

• Basic R Statistics Workshop (residential) — 23–25 August 2027. IDR 1,260,000 → 1,530,000 (USD 70 → 85); shared accommodation and meals included. Capped at 100 participants.
• Gala Dinner — 29 August 2027. IDR 450,000 → 720,000 (USD 25 → 40). Already included in the Platinum package. Capped at 500 guests.
• Accommodation at the congress venue — per room / night, breakfast for 2 included. IDR 900,000 → 1,080,000 (USD 50 → 60).
• Exhibition booth (3×2 m) — per booth / day, table and 2 chairs included. IDR 810,000 → 1,080,000 (USD 45 → 60). Vendors staffing the booth must be registered participants in any category.
• Herpetology Summer School — 1–25 August 2027. IDR 18,000,000 (USD 1,000), flat across all windows. Capped at 50 participants.

Post-Congress Excursions — each capped at 30 participants, flat-priced across all windows:

• Excursion A — Menoreh Hills Herpetological Survey (30–31 Aug 2027): IDR 2,160,000 (USD 120).
• Excursion B — Gunung Sewu Karst Expedition (30–31 Aug 2027): IDR 2,880,000 (USD 160).
• Excursion C — Dieng Plateau Montane Biodiversity Expedition (30 Aug – 1 Sep 2027): IDR 3,960,000 (USD 220).
• Excursion D — Mount Merbabu Biodiversity Trek (30 Aug – 1 Sep 2027): IDR 4,680,000 (USD 260).
• Excursion E — Meru Betiri Rainforest Expedition, East Java (30 Aug – 2 Sep 2027): IDR 7,560,000 (USD 420).

In compliance with Indonesian Government regulation, Value Added Tax (PPN) of 12% applies. All fees on this page are shown before tax; the final amount inclusive of 12% PPN is calculated at checkout. The USD figures in brackets are a display-only reference — every fee settles in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
