Scientific & Commercial Exhibition
Put Your Organization at the Heart of ACH 2027
The ACH 2027 Scientific & Commercial Exhibition provides companies, publishers, laboratories, technology providers, conservation organizations, universities, and other institutions with a dedicated opportunity to meet the Asian herpetological community face-to-face.
Exhibition spaces will be strategically positioned in the Main Ballroom Lobby and circulation areas surrounding the scientific-session meeting rooms at The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel & Convention Center. These locations are designed to place exhibitors directly within the daily movement of Congress participants throughout the four-day meeting.
With 1,300+ participants expected, the exhibition creates an opportunity to introduce products, demonstrate technologies, develop institutional contacts, identify potential clients and distributors, recruit collaborators, and build long-term relationships with researchers, universities, laboratories, conservation organizations, government representatives, students, and other professionals from across Asia and beyond.
Why Exhibit at ACH 2027?
An ACH exhibition booth is more than floor space. It provides a physical base for your organization within a continental scientific gathering.
Exhibitors can use their space to:
- Showcase products and technologies — laboratory equipment, field equipment, molecular and sequencing technologies, software, GIS, monitoring systems, publications, conservation tools, and other relevant products.
- Meet potential customers directly — connect with researchers, laboratories, universities, museums, NGOs, government institutions, and students from across Asia.
- Demonstrate products — turn scientific interest into direct interaction rather than relying only on brochures or digital advertising.
- Build institutional partnerships — identify research partners, distributors, universities, laboratories, and conservation programs.
- Launch new products or services to a specialized scientific audience.
- Recruit future users and advocates among students and early-career researchers who will shape the next generation of Asian biodiversity science.
- Strengthen regional brand visibility by maintaining a physical presence throughout ACH 2027.
- Network beyond the booth through the wider Congress exhibition and professional environment.

High-Traffic Exhibition Locations
The exhibition layout is intentionally integrated into the Congress circulation system.
Zone A — Main Ballroom Lobby
The highest-visibility exhibition zone, serving participants entering and leaving the principal ballroom for the Opening Ceremony, plenary lectures, major Congress programs, and Closing Ceremony.
Zone B — Scientific Session Foyers
Booths positioned around the meeting-room areas used for parallel scientific sessions, providing repeated exposure as participants move between symposium rooms throughout the day.
Zone C — Networking & Delegate Circulation Areas
Where available, additional exhibition spaces may be positioned near major delegate circulation and networking points.
The final exhibition floor plan will identify individual booth numbers, entrances, scientific rooms, ballroom access, delegate circulation routes, coffee/networking areas, and other relevant facilities.
